What is the heaviest punishment that can be given on a person who copy a trademark of other person's online business?

You could be sued for it. All I know is a fine and maybe jail time.

Different laws for different countries.
I can honestly say I dont know, however in my experience, if it's minor you're looking at a cease and desist, where your website will be legally force offline if you do not do it yourself. That's what is done for sites using nulled scripts.

Depends on the severity and country though. What's the scenario? Maybe we can give you a better explanation that way?

I've seen people successfully sued for 10's of thousands of dollars for trademark infringement on the internet.
