I see that the list is quite good. The best sites in my opinion are Good-Tutorials.com, Tutorialized.com, PsLover.com and Pixel2Life.com . Those have the content freshed up daily! I learn almost all I know from those sites. Photoshop is one of the great programs that can be learned for free.
