It is not really my strength but I wish I were a good designer. Though contents really matter in any website, it helps to have good graphics on your site because they add life to your website. I'm exerting some effort to hone my graphics skills.

I did that when i was young..next up was 3d animation, which was a bit more difficult, but the results were very good!

I design graphics, but I don't spend so much time on this thing.
I have been designing for 2 years already, but I prefer doing other kind of jobs since getting webdesign work is too difficult to get with so many people around that know how to do it.

And if you do webdesign, not only you need to have the knowledge, you also have to be a bit creative..which some of us dont have...

You are right, sometimes I spend many hours trying to decide what and how to design a website template/graphic, so I prefer to use that time in working in something that I can really do.

I used to make graphics for several websites when i was very much into web designing and template graphics..Its more like a hobby to me creating cool graphic layouts and designs ..

I am alone and one man army and workign as a freelancer so I have to do it myself. Either its designing or scripting or any other data entry work.
I use photoshop to design graphics and use flash to create animated banners.

i do both, i can make graphics and code up a full php back end. i use to be better at the programming but my graphic skills are coming up strong lol

Im an SEO right now... before, my job is web designing... for me,, SEO is much interesting than web designing...
