I made a wheel rotation in flash. I did use motion tween animation and CCW. It is rotate with small raise up and down. Have anyone any idea about this rotation with actionscript?.

Just stick to the tween, I would say your circle isnt a circle.
I'll try it out now.
EDIT: Worked perfectly, your circles is..
A) Not a circle.
B) Moving in an odd direction, you might need to re-evaluate the wheels line of travel.
