I am not a competent person to advice you in this matter. Any how I am expressing some views. In corel Draw software there are solutions for this. When running your computer that can be recorded in AVI format. I hope some experts may reply to this thread.

Adobe Captivate, it's an excellent piece of software and has a very easy learning curve. It can do exactly what you are trying to achieve.
