Check this open source image editor. It is called Paint.net . Written in C#, Paint.Net features look impressive . If your PC is already running the .NET application, the core application is around 5MB.

Never heard of it before.
My question is: Why should I download and install this graphic tool if I already have Photoshop? It doesn't make sense, plus I'm sure it's not better than Photoshop.
