I have started a martial arts web directory name www.martialarts.dsimi.net
In few days it was first place in google.com in key word "martial arts web directory.
Now a days, It is not any postion in google.com. Why?

It is prob a combination of things .....

1. Other martial arts sites have more backlinks to them.
2. Other martial arts sites may have your previous keywords more promenantly on their site.
3. Google may have found errors with your site or sitemap.
4. Or Google may just not like you anymore (Joke )

In any event you may want to take a look at your SEO and look into Google Webmaster tools.

I agree. Just work on building more backlinks. Also, go through your site and make sure you arent breaking any google rules.

Start commenting on dofollow blogs and keep adding quality content to your site. Squidoo lens is also helpful.
