the min payout is $100 in google ads in my country, I am not sure if it is the same all over the world,but I really think it is hard to reach the min payout. so some one choose other site like googles with low min payout .

Yes. It's the same (100$) all over the world.

And 100$ seems a bit hard to achieve in the beginning. But when your site(s) start getting some decent traffic and have a nice placement of ads, then you can expect $$ to roll in pretty fast.

Google must do very well out of their $100 minimum, as I'm sure there are many thousands of site that earn less than that and then give up... effectively publishing ads for Google for free! Having said that, you can understand that there must be a minimum payout other wise admin costs would be too high
