there are so many people got account killed in google, so then they could not sign up google ads account again use the same name and address .
but some of them really want to start again, if this happened on you, what you will do ?

If google cancels your account its cause you did something you werent suppose to. If thats the way you run business then use clicksor or some other small company that may not care..heh
