Google link:WebsitesOutSourcing.com is not showing perfect results. Its continuously change. what i have to do for perfect backlinks results. Also why results are coming different everytime?

Use the Google Webmaster Tools as the "link:" query doesn't show all your backlinks ( even your backlinks from blogs won't show up).

You may also try Yahoo Site Explorer for another resource on your backlinks.

if you want to check google link for your site you should use google webmaster central. and use yahoo site explorer for better overall comparison on sites backlink.

why you are going for Google, its always best to use Yahoo for checking the backlink of your website. you should use yahoo backlink command to check it.
try this you will get absolute backlink report with no change in the results.
