It is really an interesting point that many low PR websites are already having some great top Google rankings while many high PR 6 and 7 competitors are on the second and third page.

Do you believe that PR is no longer having any effects on websites rankings?

Personally some respected webmasters, SEO that I have known of, do not really care about PR anymore. They all concentrate on getting more traffic.
And PR doesnt effect the SERPs Ranking. Because Top SERPs can have low PR.
