do sites with better pagerank get paid higher ctr.i have a website whose ctr was 7 to 10 cents daily and now the pagerank improved. so did the ctr. the ctr now is 50 to 75 cents

great but is it risky

NO, CTR is not based on PR...no connection to each other. It is based only on visitors clicks.....

IT varies on what the advertisers pays there are difrent ctr rates tho.

No ctr has anything to do with pr, but if you allow usual companies/advertisers to advertise on your site, than higher pr would bring you more dollars in your pocket.
