Get some relevant back links first through social media and directories, then use Google Webmaster tools to submit a sitemap and you’ll see results this way. One month is a long time unless you don’t have any back links pointing towards your site.
Getting indexed in google is usually pretty quick as long as you have a link from a site that is updated often and google visits frequently and your link is on the home page of that site. Google will only list a web site in its result pages if other good web sites link to it. If only a few other web sites link to your site and these web sites are of low quality, it will be difficult to make it into Google's search results.
I agree with many of the posters. Of you have not been indexed in one month something is wrong. Get some more backlinks and make sure that your content does not violate any of Google's standards.
