Incredibly useful tool. Like nothing else out there for any other engine - & improving all the time.

The features I enjoy the most:

* Exporting entire accounts for archiving
* Exporting single campaigns for modifying in Excel
* Review/share the proposed changes to an account
* Copy, cut and paste ad groups and campaigns
* Easily make mass additions, deletions, changes
* Add negative keywords to many campaigns easily
* Delete duplicate keywords
* Work off-line

The ability to work offline is great, especially if you're often on the go or like to bring things home with you to work on and plan out.

Aside from that though, I find it a good tool to have handy -- but not essential. Still, as lame.crusher indicates, it's unlike anything else offered from competing systems.
