Hi,
is it possible to transfer cash from adsense to adword?
if i want advertise all of my adsense cash by adword, how i can?

No, you can not do that.
However, with Yahoo Publisher Network (YPN), you can use your earnings to pay for your ads wtih Yahoo Search Marketing (YSM).

Absolutely, you cannot transfer money that you earn from adsnense to adwords at all, as both are considered as a seperate entity even within google and it is not possible at all.
