Increase your page traffic. Let people see and use your site. This will give the results.

Dont just put in too many ad banners 2-4 banners are enough .

In my site's Adsense Ads there three sections as of other people have. The search section, the content section and the referral section. In the referral section one can insert three ads. So my site does not include more ads.

put your ads on the top right hand of page. most people are right handed and observe all things on the right first. even this site knows to put the ads on the right.
