I notice that the earnings from google adsense has dipped dramatically while the traffic has almost increased to good amount. is anyone else also experiencing such issues with adsense?

I would go into your adsense and start trying to find higher paying keywords. Also, make sure you are filtering out bad sites

I have the same problem, two years ago I would earn $600 monthly easily, now Im earning just around $300

Work on getting your advertisers a better conversion rate. If they are having low conversions, Google will charge them a little less and pay you a lot less.

The problem may lay with your site and it's visitors rather than Google too. You may need to switch up your ad placement and colors as your visitors may have gotten "used to them" and just ignore them now. Also keep in mind that pure traffic does not simply equal more clicks/conversions, seek quality traffic targeted to your niche.

How many ad spots are you using? Too many ads will drop the click value because sites with cheaper bids will be displayed along with the higher bids

yes it very difficult task yeah if site is popular then it is possible to earn money by google adsense.

^^ Yes you are right with that one but my earnings with adsense is down.

Though i'm not using adsense now but what i have got the reports that for recession advertisers are not interested to invest more so CPC rate is slowing down for this individual earning has been reduced.
