Only one account. If your account was deleted, You couldn't to make another account.

Absolutely no, you cannot have two google adsense account at all ever. Because it was against the rule of google adsense. If you were found to have two google adsense by them, then you will lose all the two google adsense that you have with you. Try not to do it and lose your great money making opportunity.

It is against Adsense T.O.S, and ignoring it may result in getting banned.
