Have you ever got a warning from google about your adsense account?

I personally haven't but I know a lot of people that have gotten warnings. With google being so big it seems they can warn or ban anyone they want.

Nope. Haven't got any till now.

I've been working hard to comply with their guidelines as much as possible.

I have never received a warning. Did you get one?
I don't earn much to start with. I only get a few clicks/day so I guess I am very low on Google's radar.

Another possibility of getting a warning is when you have multiple doorway pages to your site.

Had a friend who got banned from this

never knew they ban people coz of multiple doorway pages.

Apparently, they do... I couldn't blame google for that as my friend has about 85 doorway pages pointing to his site...

He can't find any other reason why he got banned other than that

he layed off on his site after that incident....

if you work honestly with google then question arrises of getting banned.
