Smile where my traffic is coming from?

Hi guys!
I've launched a web directory, and need to know that from where my traffic is coming, i meant the country.
I don't want to put anything for tracing the status on my site, unless, if it's small banner or something like that.

Have you tried using Google Analytics? Your cpanel should also have a log file where you can check on your traffic stats.

Yeah, it'll show you over the period of time, when you had the most and least, and just see what you did to change it.

I use statcounter.com for all my stats. It's free and you use the invisible counter.

^ Statcounter is what I use too. The free package tracks your last 500 hits. It's great for new websites, but you might want to upgrade later down the road so you can analyze more visitor data. I have some sites that do thousands of uniques daily so only being able to analyze the most recent 500 isn't too great. Best of luck to ya.

Who do you use for hosting? Your control panel gives you access to logs which should also make nice little graphs that tell you where everyone is coming from. I use analytics which makes it really easy to see everything about your visitors including location.

Default Some methods

IF you want to adopt a programing method you have to prepare a program using PHP ,

OR otherwise,

with the help of ALEXA.com tool OR rankquest tool you can directly get the traffic details directly. This tools are easy to use it require only your URL and you will get a statical data to your site.

I prefer google analytics for my sites. There are no banners that are shown to the user.

I can check the keywords that my site is getting traffic for as well as referrer info.
