What makes a good webmaster forum???

There are so many webmaster forums out there!!!
What do you guys think makes a good webmaster forum apart from the large number of members/posts???
What makes you decide to join and post at a webmaster forum????

What makes me join a Webmaster Forum is the community. I like to see good content before joining. Also the look of the forum. If it is an ugly skin, I generally do not join.
