Question Creating Multiple Sites Suggestions?

I was thinking about creating a series of Get Paid to Read sites but I am not sure whether or not there is still a strong market for this type of site.

Does anyone here currently owe a Get Paid to Read site and if so is there any advise you can offer me as far as how to get started?

Also, is you have multiple websites what types of sites do you have? how has that worked for you to date?

Right now I have a couple websites. The first is a gaming forum website that I will develop once I purchase vBulletin. The next is my blog website (it is on the subdomain of the gaming website, but will soon be moved once I purchase a domain), the next one I have is a Forum Posting Service website I just opened, another one is going to be a getaway for online gamers (I got the domain HatesN00bs.com for $1 and I feel this is pretty original), and the last is going to be an adult forum that I plan on selling.

there is "get paid to post" but never heard of get paid to read, sound like a interesting idea, and i think you should go for it, if you know what are you doing.
Now to the next question.
I have 1 website, 1 blog and 1 forum(not a serious attempt)
Some people have 5-6 sites but i do all kind of work on my websites my self, that's why can't afford multiple sites
