There are several cheap and very affordable ways of marketing your website or product, such as giving out flyers, putting your links in forum signatures and many more.
Which of these methods do you think best serve your purpose?
for me,, free classified postings is the best choice to advertise your site... it gives me a lot of traffic and profit! there are a lot of classified ads that you can place your ads for free so why not post there what you got?! but i suggest not to spam,, or else! suffer the consequence!
I bought a sticky on a webmaster forum. It is for my forum posting service, and it is stickied in a forum posting forum . I haven't really gotten anything from it yet, but it has only been on there for 2-3 days.
The best method for me will be free classified. You just have to make eye-catching title to attract readers and the content has to interesting so they will visit the site next.
Forum posting and helping real people on social networking websites work for me, it's free but take take and hardwork need to put inside to get good results.

If you had this LARGE network of websites, you might want to build a website dedicated to list down all your site in your network and put the link to that site on your siggy.
Signature advertising will give you a good result.
If the forums you participate in are similar to your niche, then I would have to say that this tops my list. There's no better way than reaching out to your target market and learning new stuffs in the process.
actually you can buy traffice to your webiste if you like,but there are not many people would like to do this . so if it is a forum , lanuch paid to post offer or post contest or referrals contest will be the best way. for some other site, contest is also useful.
