Not only in online jobs but also this applicable to all fields.One must not work to earn but should work to learn. This can be the same for any right from a small business to a huge investment. One must obtain the required knowledge before getting into that field. Only that can fetch the required results.

Ok, i agree but most of time it's money that keep us working. Sometime i don't like to go to office, but than i think about the pay deduction due to leave and i just get ready.

When i started my career some two years back, my intention was to learn and learn, but now i work to learn and earn.
