I just wanted to say I really like Amazon. The only thing about Amazon is you cannot really promote it the same way you would your Google Adsense. You really need to have a website that sells the kind of items you plan on selling with Amazon in order to do well in my opinion.

Please someone correct me if I am wrong.

I do like Amazon though because there are literally millions of products for you to make money with.

In fact just the other day there was a guy selling a book that I wrote for about $10 more than it sells for in the bookstores. I was amazed because he did that by calling it a "collectible"

Reality is his book was the same as everyone elses. I should know I wrote it!

With Amazon the possibilities to make money are there maybe more so there than anywhere else. If you think outside the box. As for the guy who was selling my book for $10 more than it was selling in stores I say to him GO Ahead and make that money!

I am also planning to increase my revenue. I am using google adsense now. I hope I can make few bucks using amazon too. Can you guide me about it more? I mean what should I do to get more income from amazon too. I will appreciate yoru expert advice.

To make money with Amazon, you have to sell their products. For Google adsense, all it takes to make money is a click.
I would say that unless you have tons of visitors on your site who are willing to buy products, it is better to stick with Google adsense.

I like amazon.com quite a bit also. I've heard that some complain that there comissions are too low, I don't know if that's true though. I just started being their associate not too long ago and haven't made any money off of them yet, but soon hopefully things should pick up. I actually run a book discussions forum and at the bottom of my posts I include the amazon.com generated link to their site, so if anyone goes from my site to theirs to buy the book that is being discussed i get moolah. Hope it works.

Now they got new widget. hope it could work better. haven't use them aggressively yet. feel like it would distract or annoy the visitor with adsense already there.
