I would suggest taking a look at the following website: http://www.dave-cohen.com/node/1186 It has a very good implementation of a tooltip written in javascript.

For a more accessible solution, you would be wise to add a title attribute to the link in question, as it will function as a tool tip in most browsers.

Absolutely everything you need is on the page I gave you. Read the documentation, look at the source code.

I will never, ever give anyone the solution. I will only assist in finding answers, and I will point people in the right direction.

I am here voluntarily, I have other (paying) projects that need my attention. If you would prefer, you can enlist me to implement it for you.

I appreciate your thanks, however I have decided to not help a forum that is going to resort to paying it's members to post spam posts just for the sole purpose of generating traffic.

I have never seen so many spam posts in one place in my life. I click on the find new posts link and every single post on the first two pages have a reply from the same person.

I will attempt to give these forums another chance.

That is true, although other forums have more members so there are still just as much replies from the same person, just not as noticeable because of all the others.

But still, there seems to be quite a fair few spam posts.
