I dont think we have to set it up for our static websites. I think when we are serious about security we have to implement something which makes it difficult to any possible chance to have fraud or something.

They are claiming this will help to solve their some customers problems who are there in cybercafes.

Sure you can; I just did it.

Breaking the forward/back buttons is not the way to go about making an application secure. Your script should be able to handle any user input, remember.

All I would have to do to defeat this would be to turn off javascript.
