what if i don't own a website?

I'm newbie to this affiliate system, so please need some information. There are so many affiliate programs that pay you for ever lead, sale or signup, but all of these require websites to have their banner or ads. Can anyone list some good affiliate program, which doesn't require website for being part of their affiliation program.

Most require that you have a website.
You can get a free blog at blogger.com and apply with that.

Your best opt is to atleast put up a landing page where you could inform your visitors more about the product instead of just directing them to the actual sign-up or purchase page. This will add more value to your affiliate service or product.

most of the affiliate programs would like to see you have a website. you can try getting a free website from blogger and add some contents to it, then you can apply for some good affiliate programs and place the ads on your site.

I don't know think most of them require you to have a website. But better if you have one. At least if you put your site's link instead of them you got some backlink for site and that could mean some values in the future.

I think this will depend on the 'selling' method. For those that can be sell using links only, you may not need a website for that. You can promote them through forum sig or site like linkreferral.

clickbank is one of those affiliate programs which dont require websites to promote them, although the conversion rates for clickbank is less, it is still one of the oldest and best affiliate programs around the net for a while. U also will find some programs in cj that dont require websites to signup.

If you are planning on using adwords to promote your affiliate products down the line, you will need a landing page/website (ie, no direct linking) or your QS will be terrible and your bids will be super high.

Don't waste your time with free blogger blogs. Show the advertisers you're serious and register your own domain name and hosting. In this day and age, it's dirt cheap.

Affiliate programs should be the best way to earn some online money. But if you sell some products like softwares, music, games etc. that is ofcourse also one of the basic advantages.
