My choice would be clickbank. they got plenty of product to choose and they got some kind of rating of the product so we get some reference when choosing the affiliate program. But unfortunately I can't promote them because my country is not in the list.
I would sign up for Clickbank if it's available for my country. Since that's out of choice, I signup for CJ, Amazon and Shareasale. Shareasale is a good choice if you want to sell something with just link.
