Hosting is one thing I would never buy with price as the primary option. Poor hosting can quickly kill your site even if you do everything else right. If your site is frequently down, or slow to load, visitors will not stick around. When looking for a host you should first find ones theat have an established track record and that have a repuation for quality service. Then find a plan that suits your needs. Only after that should you start making your choice based upon price. That being said, it is not hard at all to find free hosting if you do not follow my advice.
