I've been publishing YPN ads for few days now and they are terribly irrelevant. My ctr is 1/15 of what I was getting with google ads. And these ads aren't paying fifteen times more.

How long until YPN starts dishing me up with more relevant ads?

How long does it take for the "ad targeting" tool to take effect?
